My name is Nicole.... I'm a women in her early 30's that is frustrated that my sister seems to have gotten all of the big boobs gene from my mother. To be fully honest I'm was really sick of my sister getting all the attention and decided to do something about it.

MY STORY
I did not want to go to the extreme and get breast implants as I'm actually a little scared of any kind of surgery. I started my search 3 years ago, I thought it was going to be easy after I saw some very promising products and decided to try them out.
3 years later I found out it's not as easy as you may think :). After trying 4 different products I was almost ready to give up. Nothing seemed to work, I didn't want to go to my doctor and seek for help as the subject isn't really something that I would want to discuss with anyone publicly. I was left to do my own research and try everything that I possibly could to find a solution to my problem. I'm very happy to say that I did exactly that. The reason I'm posting this information on the Internet is mainly because I wish to help all the other ladies who are trying to achieve the same results as myself.

The after picture are my results after using BreastActives for 6 months. HOW I ACHIEVED MY RESULTS
- 1) I've used BreastActives for 6 months
The package I purchased was 6 Bottles of pills and 6 Jars of the cream. It is very important that you get both the pills and the cream as the combination of using both makes a huge difference.
- 2) Very Important
Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives.
- 3) Eating a Diet Containing Food Rich in Estrogen
Eat normal, well-balanced meals. Eating at least three healthy and well-balanced meals per day is the first step to healthy cellular growth. One cannot produce new breast tissue without first being able to product healthy cells. Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to work to its fullest potential. Eat diet rich in garlic, parsley, grains (soybeans, wheat, rice), vegetables (beans, carrots & potatos). Soak fenugreek seed ina cup of water for 5 hours and drink the water every morning if you can.
- 4) Take the pills and cream same time every day
This is something that many may not think is important but please try to take the pills and the apply the cream around the same time every day.

As I stated I've tried doing the same above steps with other products without any luck what so ever. The products I tried were: Clevastin, Vanity, Voluptas & Latavi. First I'd like to say that I DO NOT work for Breast Actives, it WORKS for me!! I am NOT the same Nicole that wrote this Blog (its a common name so chill out). My sister tried Breast Actives and after 6 and a half months she ONLY gained ONE cup size. So you could never achieve what you have in that picture. Fake breasts.

Ladies, you don't need to spend a fortune on these heavily marketed brands to try it out. They all make it sound like it's some magic formula of a dozen herbs, but from my reading you just need something with a high concentration of phytoestrogens. Wikipedia lists these herbs: Pueraria mirifica, kudzu, Angelica, fennel and anise.
For cheaper alternatives, try searching for 'Pueraria mirifica' in eBay. Good luck!

I have tried everything. Lately the thing that has worked-first was a treatment called rolfing, which streamlined my body shape and released trapped emotional trauma. Now I have been seriously massaging everyday and they are growing slowly and have started taking Fenugreek. I have a cleavage line form Rolfing that I have NEVER had. I have been using BA for a little under a month. After the first week I started to notice that my breasts were getting sore and full, like they do when I menstruate. I have been using BA for 9 months and the result is good. No bra size change as yet however I noticed some changes on my breast.
The first couple of weeks I noticd that my breast was very sore (almost the same pain when you go through puperty) then my breast became rounder and firmer.It almost look like a mini breast implant was in my breast. I have extreme pain when it come to that time of the month and noticed that as soon as I started taking BA my back pain didnt come around nor does the pain! I've been on BA for around 11 weeks now and I did start to feel a difference in firmness within the first 2 weeks and a noticeable enlargement after 9 weeks, although nothing spectacular yet. However, my mum did comment that my breasts had got bigger, although I am not needing a bigger bra just yet. Another effect on the positive side was increased libido, but on the negative, I have definitely noticed an increase in cellulite on my thighs and bottom. Whether this is down to water retention or fat accumulation, I don't know, but let's hope it's the former and my thighs will be beach-worthy once I stop the tablets. Certainly, my exercise regime is not working to keep my thighs under control, as it used to! Out of desperation, I am now using a good anti-cellulite cream and it is definitely helping.
In answer to women who are concerned about the tablets not working after 2-3 months, I feel as if I have had the same experience over the past few days. I put the cream on in the evening after my shower and take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening with a meal. BA could do with providing more information with their product as I didn't realise that I was supposed to take both tablets together in the morning and use the cream at the same time. What is the reason for taking them in the morning - surely any time of day, as long as it's the same time each day (especially after a shower)would be okay? Like most of you, I would be happier to hear more success stories. There is a distinct lack of them on the Internet and most of the positive ones are trying to flog the product. Anyway, keep sharing your information and good luck to all of you out there who are hoping as much as I do that this is the miracle we small-chested ladies have been looking for!

All of those people said they bought 6 month supply of BA and will get back to all of us when they see the results, but none of them come back and tell us the result. Why is that? Is this a scam? I did research on all of the pills claiming to enhance breast size and decided to try my own method. I bought the ingredients seperatley and its been 1 1/2 months and I notice a significant change and so does my boyfriend. Hey, I have been taking BA for a month this Thursday. In 1 week, I have noticed a very slight change but not much. I havent had ANY caffeine.. I changed my diet around and avoid estrogen inhibiting foods.. I do eat more of Apples, Carrots, Potatos and so on.... Do you think Im doing good??? Also, I go tanning, will the lotion that I put on my breast effect the BA lotion?? I go in the morning so I havent yet put the BA lotion on. When I get home, I wash it off and then apply the BA lotion. What do you think. I REALLY pray this works for me, seeming im ONLY 24 and can't wear a bathing suit!!

I have been using BA for 6 weeks. i like the results. in my experience the more cream you apply the better, in the morning and at night. Massage the cream in for a few minutes. So far so good. i am not experiencing any side effects.

Kelly, I have heard adding extra fenugreek and saw palmetto and red clover will help. Not sure if it's true or not. I haven't noticed much yet except that they seem not so saggy after 1 month? Do you massage? Massaging is suppose to help to. I have only been on BA for a month so not sure.The flat to fab gives a lot of info regarding what to do is there is a slow down though.Have you actually had success using BA? Hey everybody...I was just doing some search on BreastActives pills and I found this site. Felt so good for all the questions that you ladies have answered for each other. I had been also taking breastactives pills from dec 12th, 2007. So it's going to be 3 months on March 12th. I did see firmness and also felt my breast was little bigger and fuller in month and half of taking the pills but not too noticeable as some of you ladies said. I stopped noticing any changes after 2 months I also felt like my breast went back to the same size...but I’m still taking the pills and I HOPE HOPE HOPE that I will start to notice positive changes again after three months. Just purchased BreastActives and read a few comments about some noticed weight gain & water retention. Major problem in my book if this common. I am 33yrs old and workout regularily, eat moderately healthy and work hard to maintain my 118lbs, gaining weight just to get a bigger breast size is NOT ok! What's wrong with people today- when you try a controversial product, for god's sake POST your experience of it over the internet. Somehow these companies like Zoft gum and Breast Actives are raking in the dough, but there is no place where I can go to get an unbiased review.
