As the old saying goes "You Are What You Eat", in this blog post I am going to go into some detail about what you should not be eating in order to live a healthier life.
A healthy meal does not consist of fast food. If you are one of those people who eat fast food on a daily basis then you may want to consider changing your eating habit as it will most likely if it hasn't already, make you fat.
Salt is another one of those things you need to watch out for. Studies have found that salt causes some very bad reactions in your body which in tern will cause your to gain weight.
I will stop here for now, I will try to find more foods that you should stay away from.

If I tell you what not to eat you will become very angry at what big biz is doing to our food and health and how expensive it is to eat , to find and to grow healthy food. In your supermarket you have few choices eliminating all processed food, all foods containg aspertane, high fructose, splenda, sweetnlow, all low fat foods because they are also higher in calorie content, all margarines and fake butters, all products with hydrogenated oils, all foods containing red dyes, all foods made from genetically modified grain such as all Kellogg's products, all gerber baby foods, and you will have to do more investigation as companies are not recquired to list gmo, all dairy except milk from cows without added hormones, all meat except organic, also all eggs with added omegas as the omegas they feed the chickens to produce the eggs are over oxidized and no good at all, also free range may mean a cement plot, all whole peanuts in shell as they carry a fungus and are full of pesticide, peel all apples as they are heavy in pesticide, I'm too tired to go on. Also be aware that soy products such as soy milk are not good for you as soy milk contasins much estrogen and will cause overdevelopment in female babes and brain problems in boys....only good soy is fermented products. Try giving up all grain,,rice, granola, bread, millet etc and see how you feel...do it for a month.
