6/20/2007 12:24:59 PM I started using Bowtrol about 4 years ago and have been using it ever since. My entire family has been using it with the exception of my 14 year and it's been great.

6/20/2007 8:37:36 PM Been using it for about 2 months now and I honestly have nothing but good things to say about it. I used Colonix prior to this and have experianced headaches all the time. Now I get the same result just without the headaches.

6/21/2007 1:28:12 AM Please do keep us up to date. I have started looking into colon cleansing for weight loss and was actually just about to order Colonix. I am now not sure if Colonix would be the right choice when I compare it to Bowtrol.

6/21/2007 2:02:27 AM Hey everyone, I just found this page on Topix and wanted to say hi. I've been looking for an alternative product to Colonix for a while now and Bowtrol just may be it.

I've just ordered 4 months supply, I'll let you guys know how it works out.

With Colonix I've always had constant headaches in the morning right after taking the fiber mix. Has anyone using Bowtrol experienced headaches?

My brother and I have been using Bowtrol for the past 3 years and neither of us have had any headaches with it. And to the others who were asking if Bowtrol works .

I just started by dosage today. it says 3-8 capsules a day, can anyone tell me if this is indeed the right dose or should i start with lesser ones.

6/22/2007 2:08:12 PM I've been a long time user of Bowtrol and I absolutely love it. I've suggested it to everyone in my family.

This product is simply hands down the best colon cleanser I have ever used in my life. Not only does it work great but to my surprise I had absolutely no side effects from it. I'm an old man and I think anything I take these days has some type of effect on me but Bowtrol for what ever reason worked great without any side effects.

To those wondering about the dosage I've found that you can easily figure it out on your own. Here is how I did it:

I started taking 6 capsules a day just to see the type of reaction it would have on my body. I think the suggested amount is 3 to 8. After taking 6 a day for 4 days I noticed my bowel movements increased from once every 2 days to 2 and sometimes 3 times a day.

I guess I hit the magic number on 6 from when I first started. After 2 months I went down to 3 pills a day just to see if I would get the same results and I did.

If any of your are thinking about buying Bowtrol GO FOR IT. It will be the best product and probably the most satisfying one you've ever purchased in your life

I'm doing research on the product to see if this is right for me and my husband. I too, was about to purchase Colonix and scrolled over to other cleanser and found bowtol.
