is sun rays good??

We know that sun rays are a source of vitamin-d, but how much exposure to sun is good enough?

Vitamin D is naturally produced by the body when exposed to sunlight. We all know that vitamin D supports the system and fights off sickness. However, too much exposure may cause skin cancer. A minimum of 5-30 minutes of exposure to the sun is enough.

You probably need from 5 to 30 minutes of exposure to the sun twice every week.

Hi ekta, sunlight is good but of course, too much of a good thing is also bad for you. Try to get your dose of sunlight early in the morning. Avoid it later in the day because it could really harm your skin and damage it.

5-10 mins are just enough to get vitamin D. avoid excessive exposure for it could be dangerous.

best to get the sun rays in the early morning around sunrise. it refreshes the day as well. actually we need not have to give extra time for getting sun ray. we naturally get it while moving around with our daily work.
