Hi, im 30 years old, medically obese, and have a very hard time excercising. I know that I need to in order to lose weight, it just requires so much exertion. Anyone have any recommendations or alternatives?

Ask for doctor's advise about the right drug for the obese. But fitness workouts is still the right stuff for you since it can make you sweat that burns fats and calories. Find a fitness program that would fit to your preference and could effectively burn your excess fats.

Pretty obvious that you are a candidate for liposuction since you are medically obese. This is the only alternative for your situation. I suggest you consult a doctor.

Allow the doctor to assess you and create a treat. In my case, I have been doing a self-help method called EFT. The tapping techniques encourage me not to give in with my cravings and eat only in moderation.
