Hi,

I want learn about real life results on dieting
the healthy way and keeping the fat off.

I have personally lowered my cholesterol
from 238 to 174 and lost 24 pounds in 3 months.

The best way to bring back your body in good shape is through proper workout and weight training routines. Trimming down weights will be effective only if a workout will be accompanied with a healthy diet.

Don't overworkout and overeat. You will notice that your weight would reduce gradually. If you give up your favorite food completely, you will soon begin having more food rather than a normal diet.

Hi Erick - if you want to detox the healthy way and keep the fat off, first you need to detox...without the proper detoxification, your body will be full of toxins, and it is easier to gain the weight back as well. I can give you more info on my approach and the things I use to detox if you like :-)

According to me, it is upto you as you can either maintain yourself by taking necesaary precautions like cleanse your body by having more and more water so that to avoid obesity also go for having green vegetables that are very beneficial for detoxification.

Also, it is good if you go for regular balanced diet and little exercises as it is always good for you to better take care of your health.

Heres the thing, were not all robots, what works for one person might not work for someone else. Study up on nutrition and how often you eat. If your over weight, try and find the root cause as to why, its different for everybody. Then find a work out that you would actually enjoy. Everybody enjoys doing something, be it biking, walking, running, hitting the weights. What ever your comfortable with. Because trust me, if you do something your not comfortable doing ,or dont like, theres no way your going to stick to it.
