ever since I've decided to quit smoking I've grown more worried about myself as well as my buddies. life has grown tough for me but for me it's like once decided I wont back out.
recently something that scared me all the more was an article on timeswellnes.com website which talked about the bone-thinning disease osteoporosis. Damn scary... this is the bone awareness months and lets spread the awareness.
there's also this special awareness quiz regarding osteoporosis which extensively explains the after effects of it... please take the quiz as it would make you aware of your body + smoking issues, if need be please do pass it on to your friends, near and dear ones, if you care about them!
