I am working in Software concern. Now wrinkles are appearing on my face. I am very sad about that. so please any one give me the solution for avoiding wrinkles.

And if you want to know the main causes and wishing to get rid of this by yourself, then I would say that you have to do two thing. First of all leave all the bad habit if you are having like smoking, drinking, less-sleeping, stress, direct exposure to sunlight. And secondly, take nutritious food. You should drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, beans and nuts. Always use a sunscreen while going out and Reduce intake of saturated fats. This will really help you a lot.

You can take advice from cosmetologist, and at the same time,eat healthy fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin B. Drink adequate quantities of water. Avoid using chemical lotions etc. Adopt to use herbal products. Have good sleep.

To avoid wrinkles :

• Add a spoonful of honey to your hot drink, which you take in the morning.
• Make fruit as a part of your dinner meal. Try to eat fresh or frozen apricots and peaches after dinner.
• Try to prefer green salads which can give more nutrients to your skin. You can also include fresh spinach leaves and broccoli florets to your green salad.
• Take more carrots, as they increase the carotene level in your body and helps in wrinkle free skin care.
• Prefer juices which are made from fruits and are also rich in carotene.
• Try to drink more amounts of water, at least 8-10 glasses in a day. This will help in flushing out the impurities present in your blood and also body. This tip is also helpful in improving wrinkle free skin.
• Best way to prevent the skin damage in any case is to avoid episodes of excessive sun exposure.
