Why some people are fat and some are very thin?

Posted: Monday, July 20, 2009 1:52:06 AM
As per observation ,it is found that the fat people are habitual to eat food with great speed. And just opposite to these it is found that the thin people are very slow during eating their food.I had two friends with same properties i.e the fat one eats fast and the thin guy eats slowly.I just told them to change their eating habits. Then the stout started eating slow and the other one started eating fast. The effect that resulted was unbelievable,I worked with great result which helped the stout one to reduce weight and the other one to increase the weight.I don't know how it affected internally but it worked.

This all depends on their metabolism. I knew someone who eats fast but still not gaining any weight. She consulted a doctor, and the findings are negative. She is healthy indeed. The only reason why she isn't gaining any weight because her metabolism is working fast.

Depends upon their genes!!

Hello,

the difference between thin and fat people is not genetic, but related to the movement through the day that everyone does, not related to extra exercise and This all depends on their metabolism.

Thanks.

One of main cause of fatness is bed habits.people should try to change their habits of life.sometimes our habits make us fat or bulgy.for exmple sleeping after meal.you'better see a doctor to make sure whether there are some promblems about your healthy,it is possible that you lose the balance of heathy or nutrition.

Victor Bush, Ok, I have extra weight, and I eat fast - it was a must at my previous job, I had to swallow all my lunch in 10 minutes. I'll try to eat slowly.. btw, how long must I eat one lunch? How slow your thin friend ate it? I'll experiment on myself. Moreover, it sounds very simple comparing to all those sophisticated diets
