If you want to manage and control body weight, one good example is through eating less saturated fat and high in cholesterol food. This is a plus factor for people who undergone liposuctions like me. The benefits are obvious. Good health, more energy, body functions in balanced and optimum level.

FIRST DRINK NO DIET SODA OR ANY PRODUCT THAT CONTAINS APERTAME. Aspertame is nothing but chemical sweetner. It causes up to 92 symptoms. May cause Strokes, Brain Cancer, Strokes, Blindness and a host of other maladies. Owned by Monsanto. The FDA is telling us its ok to use, but IT'S NOT. IT caused monkeys to have seizures, (one died). Mice given it were found to have holes in their brains. WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE! Wake up America! Buy no Diet soda, Buy no products with aspertame! SOME CHILDREN'S VITAMINS HAVE ASPERTAME.

Nutrasweet, Splenda, and Equal are toxic!

A MUST READ: "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About" by Kevin Trudeau

Don't believe me. Do you homework. Search Aspertame. It's should be banned worldwide. tell everyone you know.
