The main causes of weight gain is when we eat more than we can burn off. If you're doing everything right but still gaining weight, then maybe you have medical problems. Consult a doctor or cosmetic surgeons for this.

Hello,
Causes of weight gain are pretty straightforward: consumption of more food than the body burns off. Whether or not a person becomes obese depends on several factors, including genetics, amount of physical activity, social influences and psychological makeup.
Obesity tends to run in families. Although, this may be partially genetic in nature, it could also be due to dietary and lifestyle habits that are learned as a child, including the kinds of foods consumed on a daily basis (high-fat or processed food) and how often food is consumed.
Thanks.

We gain weight when we eat more than we can burn off. Weight gain can also be caused by health conditions such as hypothyroidism, food sensitivity, Cushing's syndrome, organ disease, prescription drug use, anxiety, blood sugar imbalance, and essential fatty acid deficiency.

Nice article….It's true that we gain weight when we eat more than we can burn off. Weight gain can also be caused by health conditions such as hypothyroidism, food sensitivity, Cushing's syndrome, organ disease, prescription drug use, anxiety, blood sugar imbalance, and essential fatty acid deficiency. Sometimes people do a lot of diet as well as exercise still they don't find the weighing scale's needle going down; this is probably a call to check out the reasons of sudden weight gain.
