ya i do exercises that have been suggested to me by my personal trainer. do the exercise that is benefical for you or take a suitable advise from any trainer.

Yes, it is very important to choose the right exercise that suits you. Match your exercise workout with your body type. whatever your age or gender is, you belong to either one of these body types: Ectomorph, mesomorph, or endomorph.

5'2" 23 year old female should weight between 90 - 116 pounds. as i have said, exercise depends on how you want to work with your body. you must choose the one that's best for you. ask an expert. good luck!
