Is it true that pregnant and or obese women are prone to fungal infections? I was just thinking how to prevent it?

IN MY OPINION THE ONLY WAY I COULD SEE PREGNANT WOMEN DEVELOPING A FUNGAL INFECTION WOULD BE SOME UNDERLYING ILLNESS. PREGNANT WOMEN UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES ARE NOT PRONE TO DISEASE DURING PREGNANCY DUE TO THE FLOW OF HORMONES AND NATURAL SUBSTANCES THAT TEND TO FLOW THROUGHT THE BODY AT THIS STAGE FOR PROTECTION OF THE FETUS.
AS FOR OBESE WOMEN YES AND OBESE MEN AS WELL MOST LIKELY IN AREAS THAT THEY MAINTAIN WARM AND SWEAT ALOT WHICH IS THE MOST FAVORED ENVIRONMENT FOR FUNGUS TO GROW ANYWHERE NOT JUST IN OBESE PEOPLE BUT ANYWHERE THERE ARE CONDITIONS LIKE THESE.

The better way to get rid of the fungal infections is to maintain proper cleanliness of the body.
