Why is that the rate of diabetes increased rapidly? Is it due to stress or due to obesity and diet?

Obesity is the main reason for diabetes.

Hi,
These may be the reasons for diabetes. Altogether not maintaining the regular life is also the reason. Taking food of protein in excess and not walking may be the reasons. Healthy life style can prevent it.

The feet are very vulnerable to infection in people who suffer from diabetes. If you have diabetes, pay careful attention to foot care. Consult your doctor about any foot problems, even minor ones such as corns and calluses. Avoid self help treatment and visit a podiatrist regularly.

Due to numbness in the feet, there is a potential danger of putting unnecessary pressure and friction on the feet. This will lead to the formation of calluses, which often occur on the ball of the foot, heel and the big toe.

Yes, diabetes is not curable permanently but following some ways it can be managed well and even diabetics can lead a healthier life style-
1)Consume super green foods, such as chlorella, Spirulina, wheatgrass, barley grass, or even better – fresh vegetable and green drinks or green smoothies. Avoid fruit juices, though.
2)The skin is the largest organ of elimination. Encourage it to expel toxins by giving yourself a dry brush from head to toe every morning and night.
3)Drink a glass of clean water every two waking hours to rid your body of toxins. I hope this way you will benefit a lot! All these informations I personally knew from one of the best detox center called Fresh Start Health Retreat Center situated at Vancouver. These guys are awesome. I had taken their juice fasting methodology in my detox program & thanks to God i am fit & fine now.

Nice information…Diabetes is considered a silent killer if left unnoticed or untreated. The symptoms are exhibited only after the patient develops health-related issues. Diabetes is a condition where excess glucose is produced in the body. If Diabetes is known to run in the family for many years then heredity plays a major role in development of diabetes. People who belong to family background having history of diabetes are 25% more prone to develop diabetes. Diet, is also a major factor responsible for causing diabetes. Obesity is also one of the major factors causing diabetes. Excessive body weight as compared to the height of an individual, serves as a predisposing factor for diabetes mellitus.

Drinking small glass of red wine every day can help treat diabetes, research has found. Potent `super-food` compounds found in the wine can work as well as a daily dose of medication for people with Type 2 diabetes, reports express.co.uk. The discovery has come as welcome news to the 2.5 million people in Britain suffering from this form which can cause strokes, heart attacks and blindness. Scientists discovered antioxidants in red wine can be just as effective as a daily dose of a combative drug. Thanks for sharing.
