In all truth, the dangers of child obesity should encourage everyone to do all they can to curb it. Please can parents advice me on this cos i am this situation i don't know which process to take.

First, I would suggest you get the diet under control. Make sure your children are eating sweets and going to the restaurants in moderation. Make sure they are getting lots of vegetables, fruits and whole foods. Next, make sure they are getting enough exercise. They cannot have a healthy body if they're sitting in front of the TV all afternoon.
