First of all you have to determine the cause of back pain before seeking treatment. Is this due to injury or stress? Once you identify what may have caused the back pain, that won't take you a long time on treating this.

There were 2 exercises shown recently in a Men's Health Magazine. The 1st is to kneel down on all 4s and raise your left arm and right leg at the same time, then reverse. Also do the same exercise while lying on your back.

Quick Relief: Pain ointments, spray like volini and lastly the pain killers tab (brufen)

Long term relief:
free hand Exercise and yoga or just pranayam...

Before that know the cause of back pain. Generally, it don't have a particular reason just due to sitting postures and hectic working schedule. anyway if you want to know abt few exercises write back..
