Posted: Thursday, September 10, 2009 3:17:51 AMyou can get pregnant when you are going through peri-menopause because you are still having your period then (irregularly). but If you have gone through menopause and your doctor has confirmed that you will not ovulate again then there will be no reason for you to worry of becoming pregnant.
