I'm diabetic and i still smoke, but I don't feel any difference except that there were times that i feel I'm deteriorating faster than I thought. Can you suggest any alternative way to smoke, or alternative way of quitting cigarettes?

There are lots of complications of diabetes. You can have an eye problem, kidney, heart disease and the list goes on. Just remember to monitor the blood sugar and maintain it to a minimum level and you don't need to fear getting any of the complications.
