I have recently been Dx with Diverticulosis. Is it safe to have a colonic cleaning? If so, what products are recommended?

I also have diverticulosis along with several other abdominal problems. I wanted to do a colon cleanse so I checked with my doctor and he said it wouldn't hurt anything. You should probably call your own doctor to check it out before you start any new program.
P.S. I've been on Dr. Natura's colon cleanse for about a month now and its working out great for me as long as I follow the instructions exactly. If I skip anything at all, it doesn't work nearly as well for me. Hope this helps and good luck.

Hi Brenda and Anna,
I know of a Dr who actually uses a natural substance as 1st line therapy to Diverticulitis. Me and my husband are drinking this fruit juice too because of its anti-tumor benefits (I had a portion of my colon removed 7 yrs ago due to tumor growth). Have you heard of the fruit called mangosteen? Probably not as it is primarily grown in Southeast Asia. Its thick pericarp or rind is scientifically proven to be rich in Xanthones, a powerful anti-oxidant. It has been the subject of extensive positive research, and more and more Drs use this fruit juice as 1st line therapy or adjunctive therapy to medical conditions including yours and mine. Unfortunately, this is not found in health stores. Me and my husband got this from a distributor. This really works for us! You should try it, you've got nothing to lose... Let me know if you're interested. By the way, here's a link where you could do more reading about this fruit: www.mangosteenlinks.com.
