what causes my headache?

maybe you are thinking too much..headaches usually happens when you are stressed out and problematic..or maybe you got high blood pressure that causes headache..you should relax and drink medicines and stop worrying a bit.

if it appears to be something like pressure in the head, i suggest you consult this with your doctor. self-treatment doesn't work with everybody.

Oh also for headaches "RegeniFree"! Its and anti inflammatory for joint and gets rid of joint pain, but the herbs in it also helps headaches alot. This right here is my tylenoly/ibeprofen.

most probably reason behind head ache is not proper sleeping and irregular life routine. so regulate your routine.

if your blood pressure is fine then common causes of headaches are:
1. not drinking enough water
2. having low blood sugar can cause migraines.
3. stress and not enough sleep.
Try taking it easy a bit more, maybe have some nice candle lit baths and make sure you are getting enough fresh air.

1.Excess work out
2.Strain
3.Pus accumulating into an abscess on the brain
4.infection of middle ear
5.High blood pressure
