what causes my headache?

im suffering from head ache.actually its not pain it appears to be pressure in head.can can someone tell me what causes this headache?

here are some possible causes of pressure in head:
sinusitis
allergic rhinitis
brain tumour
brain abscess
high blood pressure
otitis media
tension headache
migraine
stress
mariquita

maybe you are thinking too much..headaches usually happens when you are stressed out and problematic..or maybe you got high blood pressure that causes headache..you should relax and drink medicines and stop worrying a bit.
