how do i know if my blood pressure is dropping too low?

symptoms for low blood pressure are: dizziness, fainting, difficulty concentrating, confusion or anxiety, changes in breathing patterns, nausea, suddenly feeling cold or clammy, or a rapid onset of pale skin.

you can try rosemary. this is excellent for the circulation, and is often prescribed for circulatory weakness.
