I would like to add some more effective points:
1. Get rid of smoking if it is there.
2. don't consume alcohol.
3. take proper sleeping.
4. don't get stressed.
5. include exercises.

There are some more points to prevent wrinkles:
1. Use sunscreen all the time.
2.Hydrate and moisturize your skin.
3. Use olive oil for skin.
4. Get more exercise.
5. Wash face twice daily to maintain healthy skin
6. Take multivitamins, especially vitamins A,C and E.
7. Avoid drastic weight change.
