I just had my first trimester, and I am really stressed out when it comes to my weight. i ;noticed that I'm gaining a lot of weight as well as body fats. How am I suppose to solve this after giving birth?

Nice post. First and foremost, it is important to accept that you are going to put on weight during pregnancy! You are meant to because your body is growing and changing to give your baby the best start in life. During pregnancy, the muscle layer of your womb (uterus) grows dramatically and weighs an extra 900g or 0.9 kg. So, by the end of pregnancy you will weigh about 11,000g or 11 kg more than you did before you became pregnant. This is an average weight gain but of course, you're not an average woman.

Well, i am also a mother like you are. I would say that i also gained weight after giving birth to my first born child. After that, i just ate some fruits and some some small amounts of carbs.
