You can control excessive hormonal secretion naturally by doing a variety of different things. Some of these things include getting a good nights sleep, going for walks, exercising, staying stress free, and controlling your diet.
Try to eat more fruits and vegetables, it is no secret they are extremely healthy and beneficial for your skin’s complexion and general well-being. Fruits and vegetables contain lots of vitamins and minerals that are essential to have healthy and clear skin, they even contain other nutrients that help detoxify your body. Remember to also include lots of water in your diet, this will also help flush away the harmful toxins and moisturize the skin.

Look for skin care products that contain active ingredients like Salicylic Acid, Benzoyl Peroxide or Triclosan. In fact, small amounts of Triclosan is also found in toothpastes, the reason why many ppl apply toothpaste on their acne. It works too!

If you are looking for home remedies, lime juice or red sandalwood paste are good options.
