My brother has put on quite a bit of weight recently, and he is constantly nagging about it, he is 15. Would taking diet pills be safe?

I would say taking diet pills is not a good idea, especially since hes so young. Hes only 15 right, he should be running around with all that energy, maybe he could start playing sports. Or even a simple 30 minute jog. At his age he could drop the weight faily rapidly.

Healthy eating and many other protien sources really gives emphasis to build muscles and holding postures rather than dynamism. It is really necessary to dust yourself off and get to work,do needful, will always help in every aspects of life with full determination and high confidence level surely it is going to loose weight. Thanks for the discussion about diet pills.
