Hi Pinkie,
(You can buy it online as Oatmeal Colloidal, from lots of places.) Try to buy it pure as this should be quite cheap.
I sympathise with you as I know how distressing it is to suffer from acne. I haven't got a cure, but a suggestion that may help your skin to dry up and heal faster. I suffer badly from dermatitis and I do have a Dermatologist. On the doctor's prescription I use the powder from dried oats, which is marketed here in Spain as 'Avena' Unipharma BaƱo Coloidal, which in English is Finely Ground Oats(oatmeal) - Colloidal Bath Powder. For use on the face you just make a face-pack by adding water, spread the paste on your face and leave it for 20 minutes or so. It is incredibly good at soothing sore spots and it speeds up healing very, very much. As it has a drying effect, it will help your acne in the long term and it says on the packet that it draws out and gets rid of blockages in greasy skin. Hope this helps you as much as it has helped me with my dermatitis.

Pinkie,
Your last question was about food being related to acne. Yes, it is! First of all, increase the amount of water you drink. You should drink at least 2 liters or more per day. And stop drinkig soda like pepsi or coke. This will not only help improve your acne but has a host of other health benefits. Secondly, greatly reduce or cut out dairy from your diet. Milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc. Finally, reduce the amout of meat you eat. With these things, you should see a big difference in your acne problem in a week or so. You have to be consistent though. Good luck.

Acne is a common and chronic skin disease. It is an inflammatory condition of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles. The lesions are usually found on the skin of the face, neck, chest, and shoulders.
