I have been using herbal weight loss pills and supplements from Natures Source and I can say surely that they do not have side effects because i have been using it for a while now and I am all right. But in terms of results, I am not sure what is happening. Yes, there seems to be differences of course, but its slower than I expected. Will these natural medicines work out as promised finally..? give me some feedback

Grapes an green vegies are always good to flush away toxins from our body as it also reduces fat too also, it is good to chew neem leaves as it is always better and at at the same time very healthy.

Else herbal medicines are also good to have and with that you can go for some regular exerecises and yoga that is very necessary and there are many tools also that are very much beneficial to loose weight.

Thanks!

Personally I think simple excersise and a healthy diet will take care of any weight problem you might have, pills dont fix anything. Of course theres nothing wrong with alot of natural herbs and supplements. However, they alone will not solve your weight problem.

Hello,

Herbal medicines are known to treat many illnesses. Aside from this, they are widely known for their effects on weight loss problems. Although most herbal medicines do not have therapeutic claims, some are considered to be very potent and effective that they are accepted by many health agencies worldwide.

Herbal medicines are a safer alternative to weight loss programs compared to using chemically formulated drugs. They also contain natural components which make them safer to use.

Thanks.

I think herbal medicines is great to try because they have no negative effects. If they don't work for you, you can always try another one.

I am actually reading a lot more on herbal medicines and juices and see what's the effect on weight loss and if its effective. What do you think? By the way, check out this book which is called the Essential Weight Loss Handbook that I am reading on how to maintain a healthier life and body. Good day!
