4/14/2008 5:38:14 PM I just got my first bottle of Bowtrol today. I can't wait to start! I would have to say NO Milk of Mag will NOT do the same thing. I've taken plenty of that lately and the most it does it get things moving but I know for a fact that I have plenty more 'stuck' in there that needs to be removed. I'm hopeful that this will do the trick! I'll post my progress after the first week.
