andy
My stools has been bright for for several years and i wonder. If i eat a lot of green vegetable or chlorela they get green.
At the moment i eat only raw food - lots of fruits and vegetalbes and i dont eat any meat, grains, dairy or fish. My bowel movement is fine - have twice or 3 times a day. When i used to eat a lot of grains stools used to be even more brighter.
I wonder if bright stools can be normal as i feel great. Or its a sign of lack of bile production (i know that Bile salts in the stool excreted by the liver give a normal brown color).
Could anyone explain pls
Can bright stools be normal

hi there
maybe that color cause lack of bile salt excretion in stool, and decreased nomal bateria at intestine,or maybe there are prasites, you can test stool at any lab at hospital or out at high labs.

Stool comes in a range of colors. Brown or even green are normal. This depends on what you eat and by the amount of bile as well. Consult your doctor if you want to have better answers.
