My friend got brain-tumor, but doctor told him that it is at its initial stage. I want ask a question that: Is brain tumor at it's initial stage is really a brain cancer. If not then what it is. need for help.

At its initial stage brain tumor is not considered as brain cancer, but if your friend is not going to take it serious it can be cancer after a very short span of time.
I would recommend you to go for the best cancer hospital, you are from India, you can go to Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon.
