bio identical hormones are hormones taken from the yam or soy plant that match what your body is lacking hormonal wise. a blood test or a saliva test can tell you what your hormone levels are and if you need any suppliments. these are made at most compounding pharmacies and they are identical to what your body makes itself. human growth hormones is a protein based poly peptide hormone.. it was found to help children with growth problems and some adults lacking in some growth issue. it is also abused as an anabolic agent and can cause some major side effects. like brain tumors and death.
