They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life! I paid for express shipping and after 5 days I called to see when it would arrive! it had not even shipped out yet! Several emails to customer service went unanswered. I finally called back, yet anothter week later and they told me that LOTS of people were on hold waiting for customer service so I might be on hold for a LONG time. I called back three hours later and got someone decent on the phone. I finally got my Bowtrol and I'm VERY eager to start taking it tonight. I will come back and post my progress along the way. I truly believe that this is going to bring me back to life! I setup auto delivery every two months for this product because I'm so convinced it's going to do the trick for me, buy I cancelled through healthbuy.com I will buy it elsewhere. One more thing, they took the money from my account the day the order was placed even though it took forever to ship out and actually get to me!

Healthbuy.com 90 days money back guarantee is very deceiving. They will only refund your purchase if you have not OPENED their products. Not quite sure why anyone would buy their products, let it sit around for 90 days and then return them without even open or try the products. All I can say is BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM HEALTHBUY.COM. Yes they do take the money out of your account immediately. I ordered the Revitol anti-aging Solution (which by the way makes my skin breaks out and thus I wanted to return the product but since I opened it, you cannot return)the night before and the next money, my credit card was charged immediately. I have never seen merchant charge my account faster - a bit of a concern for me but if you already place the order, you cannot cancel it at all. READ THEIR FINE PRINTS, VERY DECEIVING... NO MORE ORDERING FROM HEALTHBUY.COM. Now that I am searching thru the internet, I have ran across a few complaints about HEALTHBUY.COM.
