Posted: Monday, April 14, 2008 5:43:42 PMThey have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life! I paid for express shipping and after 5 days I called to see when it would arrive! it had not even shipped out yet! Several emails to customer service went unanswered. I finally called back, yet anothter week later and they told me that LOTS of people were on hold waiting for customer service so I might be on hold for a LONG time. I called back three hours later and got someone decent on the phone. I finally got my bowtrol and I'm VERY eager to start taking it tonight. I will come back and post my progress along the way. I truly believe that this is going to bring me back to life! I setup auto delivery every two months for this product because I'm so convinced it's going to do the trick for me, buy I cancelled through healthbuy.com I will buy it elsewhere. One more thing, they took the money from my account the day the order was placed even though it took forever to ship out and actually get to me!
Posted: Wednesday, June 11, 2008 1:27:21 PMHealthbuy.com 90 days money back guarantee is very deceiving. They will only refund your purchase if you have not OPENED their products. Not quite sure why anyone would buy their products, let it sit around for 90 days and then return them without even open or try the products. All I can say is BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM HEALTHBUY.COM. Yes they do take the money out of your account immediately. I ordered the Revitol anti-aging Solution (which by the way makes my skin breaks out and thus I wanted to return the product but since I opened it, you cannot return)the night before and the next money, my credit card was charged immediately. I have never seen merchant charge my account faster - a bit of a concern for me but if you already place the order, you cannot cancel it at all. READ THEIR FINE PRINTS, VERY DECEIVING... NO MORE ORDERING FROM HEALTHBUY.COM. Now that I am searching thru the internet, I have ran across a few complaints about HEALTHBUY.COM.
Posted: Friday, August 15, 2008 1:16:47 AMHorrible customer service. It is impossible to get a response from them. I received Revitol two weeks after I ordered it - too late for what I needed it for. I paid extra "rush" delivery of $6.95 and it was sent standard USPS delivery. I sent three inquiries because I thought it was lost. I finally got a response after I received the product. Now I want to retun it to get my money back and I want my extra rush shipping charge refunded, but you need a "return number" to do that. I requested one on Monday, no response. I think I also saw that they do refunds by check and deduct $5. It'll be a miracle if I ever get my money back. What a joke of a company!
Posted: Monday, January 19, 2009 2:55:32 PMDO NOT BUY FROM HEALTH BUY.COM!!! Do not get deceived by the Dr. OZ and Oprah ads for Acai berry and Bromalite. Both companies put you on automatic shipments as soon as they ship out your "trial". You will see charges to your credit card and they will not reverse the charges. You must complete forms on line and then they issue you a check minus shipping and handling. Bromalite also sells your information to another company called Fit Factory that will also charge you and automatic enrollment fee.
These so called "trials" are bull. You hardly even receive the product or have a chance to try it and they've already put you on autoshipment and charged your credit card. Both companies have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. With Bromalite, I had to spell everything because the person could not understand English. With Healthbuy. he was rude and spoke "down" to me. Whatever happened to the "customer is always right"?
I will never purchase anything from either of these companies again! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
Posted: Tuesday, January 19, 2010 4:54:43 AMI orderd Acai Berry with free lifetime refills @ $54.26 and the charge came back at over $91. I am a pensioner and can't afford to pay this. I have sent 3 emails to firstname.lastname@example.org and received no reply. Having read about the scams now I am extremely worried. Can anybody tell me how to get in touch with these people?
Posted: Wednesday, March 10, 2010 9:07:43 AMI tried to order from Healthbuy today. When I realized that they were going to bill my credit card for $149.00 I immediately tried to cancel. I could not cancel. This is a fruad. Shame on Dr. Oz.
Posted: Thursday, March 18, 2010 8:36:16 PMOhhh my...if only I had seen this blog before!!!!....Healthbuy.com billed me on the day of my order and when I tried to get in contact....NOTHING.....!!!!! Now I've had to change my credit card and write to this company forbidding any more access to my account and cancelling my membership!!!! A costly excersise...DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted: Tuesday, April 27, 2010 11:36:56 AMDO NOT have anything to do with these people!!! They claim to give you all the information up front but they don't. Then you try and try to find a way to cancel before the 14 days you can't find anything. Then you get a $119.93 charge on your account that is NON-REFUNDABLE@#$%. TO BAD SO SAD. They don't care. When they say 14 days, they don't care if you are in the hospital, you get charged!!! NEVER again will I go for a trial offer from anyone. It's just a scam to get your money. The product is B.S. and so are the people that work there.
