I think that if you're really looking for a soap that will help prevent acne (and other skin problems) it is best to go organic. One of my co workers us human heart nature. There's an outlet in the US I think.

just remember over use of an antibacterial soap can cause problems. i use it at work because i work in a lab but normally if you wash your hands with just soap and warm water for a few minutes your hands are clean.

However, any soap you use won't matter if you don't have proper hand washing habits. Most people don't. It is necessary to lather up your hands for at least 20 seconds or more in order to kill off and get rid of any germs on your hands.
