I gained 80lbs from depression/anxiety in 1 year (yes, i know.)
I drink diet soda and reset my 800 calories at 6 PM every day never going over that limit
I checked myself in the scale yesterday and I weighed 200.96 pounds, now today I weigh 203 pounds. The first week I lost 10 lbs and 3 the following 2-3 weeks. (the problem is i am not losing weight)
I need to lose this weight.

Hello mate. Congrats on the 20 lbs, that's some achievement! Your body is a very intelligent thing, it can recognise when something is different and therefore adjust itself to deal with it. After 3 or 4 weeks of dieting your body will have learnt how to handle it and adapt itself to what you're doing to it to so it remains healthy. You need to shock it back in to system or start to adopt a different approach to your weight loss. james, diet doesn't work best without exercise.
Be consistent with them, and I'm pretty sure, you'll get the result that you want. But if some body parts still don't show the result, you may want to consider a safer alternative such as liposuction on those areas.

a combination of diet and exercise will work wonder. if you really want to lose weight, make sure you do exercise everyday.

Try not to drink soda at all and choose fresh fruit drinks. But if you are really in a hurry you can try some light medical operations that can shed off fats. But, of course, regular exercise and proper diet are the still the primary keys for a healthy and well-built body.

A combination of right diet and set of exercises work pretty well but if you incorporate third one-- a diet pills that work like phentermine.The threesome would give you the best possible weight loss results.

I think you’re not exercising enough. You should join a good gym that lets you work with weights. You have to work hard if you want to change the shape of your body. That means a balance of medium-high intensity cardio exercise along with challenging strength training workouts. Even foods which are genuinely healthy can lead to an unhealthy you. And remember it that the more you eat for breakfast, the less food you will want to eat at night.
