In the past 90 days, I started using The Treatment Formula 3 Professional Antifungal supplied by my podiatrist (unlike creams, this product penetrates the nail) and taking Appearex Biotin 2.5 mg supplements daily.
I also purchased a Power File (manicure drill) by KISS from my local Walgreens. Bi-Weekly, I use the drill to file down the top of the nail and loosen/remove any infected nail. I clean the drill head with Alcohol before the next use.
For the 1st time in 3 years, I'm actually seeing healthy nail growing from the cuticle... finally something is working!
