What is Nodulocystic Acne?

This acne may have one cyst or they can be widespread on the face, and can also occur on the neck, scalp, back and chest.The nodular cyst is not the same as other acne cysts that are nodules of inflammation, these arecysts that are an abnormal dilatation of a normal skin structure. They may occur due to a popular or nodular acne lesion and these cysts occur close together and may coalesce, which produces soft areas undermined with tunnels.This is a type of cyst that should only be drained in the dermatologists office and not in the home, it is important to have sterile conditions when draining this type of cyst. This is a form of acne that requires aggressive treatment by a professional and in an attempt to melt the ndoulocystic acne antibiotics, insotrentinoin, and intralesional corticosteroids will be in the treatment plan.

nodulocystic acne is just another name for cystic acne. i agree with innovine, see a dermatologist to help control this type acne. this type scars worse than others so the earlier you go to the dermatologist the better.

Nodulocystic Acne symptoms are when inflamed breakouts develop on the face and or other areas of the body.Nodulocystic acne usually affects the face, chest and back. generally It attacks adults mainly in the form of inflamed and uninflammed nodules, which frequently leave scars.it is an ugly sight and a seriously painful condition.
