I was diagnosed with IBS 8 years ago after I had my daughter via c-section.It seemed to calm down for a number of years but over the past 8 mths it has got to the point where every single day I have diarrhea with the cramps etc. I've been looking at Puristat colon cleansing and now i've found Bowtrol.
I've read the horrible things bout worms etc and I'm wondering if this is my problem, as I am always tired/no energy. Should i be ordering from the internet or should i be going to see a professional who will tell me which one i should take. Any advice would be great!

You may want to get tested and see if you may be Gluten Intolerant and have a problem with MSG. This is is what I was diaganosed with. Ever since, I feel so much more energetic, no more afternoon naps, etc. You can try and see if this may be the problem without being tested first. Just cut out everything that includes gluten. That includes most processed products, from cream soup, doritios, bottled salad dressing, lunch meat, soy sauce, red licorice, and of course bread. It hides everywhere! Ready every package and research. Try it for a week and test the waters and see if you have results. Stick with chicken, turkey, red meat, potatos, rice, fresh veggies and fruit.

hi. maybe you have more bad bacteria in your system than good. i guess i could suggest a colon cleanse and a parasite cleanse just so you purge your system of toxins and parasites that might be causing your symptoms. be careful, though as there are a lot of scams (ever cleanse, acai berry) that ride on the popularity of colon cleansing. best of luck!
