Hey!

Weight loss is something so many of us want! And there are so many tricks and gimmicks out there! But the truth is, the most effective way to lose weight is to do these two things:

1. Watch what you eat, making sure it's healthy and comes in the right proportions. This means, lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats (preferably fish), and low fat sugar free dairy products.
2. Burn more calories than you consume. This means exercising! Cardio work outs can be great because they get your heart pumping and they can help you work up a sweat. I agree with meenakshi that Yoga can be great too!

Finally, my personal tip is to drink smoothies. You can replace breakfast with a smoothie, and a have a smoothie with lunch or dinner, therefore lessening your intake of other foods. Smoothies can provide you the calories you need, keep you full, and help you lose weight.

i am also overweight. at this time i'm doing exercise and yoga,so you do this.

Do Yoga and Exercise minimum 20 - 30 minutes in a day.
Drink minimum 1 - 2 Litre water in day.
Vegetarian and fruit diet will be helpful.
Walking is the best and easy exercise for fast weight lose.
Avoid junk food and alcohol.

yes its is sure exercise help you to lose weight but only when you eat low calories then it help you to lose fats.
