2/18/2008 10:05:44 AM Hoodia has never worked for me. I have tried many versions and they all have been a bust. What did work was a jump start colon cleanse and then colon maintenance. It made me feel less bloated and really good so that I got psyched up about dieting. Now that i am getting into it I am going to go the cybergenics diet for two weeks, which is the most awesome diet I ever have been on. Although at the end of the two weeks you will hate broccoli, and tuna for quite some time. But it takes 14 pounds off in two weeks and that is what I need going into this lovely spring season soon. The after that if I loose a pound a week it ok cuz I will really feel good about myself. Let me know your thoughts

7/1/2008 10:47:23 PM Hoodia does work, you just have to take a lot of it to work. A liquid hoodia woudl work better then a pill version of Hoodia. You just need to find one that is not so expensive. My sister tried some from reallythin.com and she said she did not lose any weight but did not feel hungry hardly. So who knows.
