The main factor of depressions are Chemical changes in the brain, Genetic vulnerability, Substance Abuse, Environmental Situations, Lack of exercise, Nutritional deficiencies, Medical Disorders. Regular Exercise and keep busy yourself in some work are natural treatment for avoid depression.
