Smoking is become very common addiction in youth. There are many techniques or you can say therapies available which will help you to quit smoking. as par my observation such therapy works but togetherly it make some side effects on your health.Same thing is happen with my friend Erik. He was a chain smoker and wanted to quit smoking for that
he had consult with doctor and undergo Allopathic treatment. after few days he had started experiencing its side effect like nausea, severe headache etc. He had stop that treatment immediately and fortunately after few month met with one hypnotherapist which
was very specialist in this area. That hypnotherapist provide him treatment and erik could get success in quit smoking without any side effects. This incident inspire me to write little bit about hypnotherapy.

What is hypnotherapy ? and how it works.

Hypnotherapy is a way of giving treatment to the person in hypnosis.it is a state of deep relaxation and concentration in the fully conscious mind induced by suggestion. It is believed that when mind get fully relaxed it follows suggestion by hypnotherapist and become capable of quit any addiction.

Thanks for sharing this informative post with us. Hypnosis is a safe method, even for people with poor health that does not involve drugs or chemicals. There is no danger of not being able to come out of the hypnotic state. The hypnotist uses techniques to help the smoker to really relax not only the body but also the mind. The hypnotist then reprogrammed the subconscious mind through suggestions and affirmations, into breaking the desire and pleasure of smoking and redirecting it into more positive and healthy actions.
