Hi everyone, I have been really obsessed with my weight problem. I am a 33 year old female and have gained 90lbs which makes the count to 210. I recently took out some of my summer clothes and they don’t fit me anymore!!! This is a real tragedy for me. How can I not wear the ones I adore...moreover the new look is getting me mad (with the comments from my friends). I know quite a few ways to start losing weight…….but I don’t really feel that, with so many people failing using these methods that I will make it through. Does anyone know a proven way to reduce the weight?

Exercise is a proven weight loss method! Start with just going for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the escalator. If you can, walk for 20 mins after every meal. Just be careful not to over do it when you start.

Regular exercise, workouts, jogging and avoiding high calorie food will surely help in weight loss but with the intake of lots of water.

When it comes to weight loss, slow and steady wins the race. Fast weight loss is usually followed shortly by rapid weight gain. A proper diet with regular exercise is regarded as best for weight loss. Your health should be your focus, it is very difficult to maintain good health. Exercise will help to keep feet, it gives energy and has no side effects, if you don't over do it. Walking or jogging is another option or else do yoga, it is a slow process but very effective in controlling weight and high blood pressure, diabetes and different pain.
Follow a healthy lifestyle, eat regularly - no dieting please, just lower the high calorie foods, instead use more fresh fruits and vegetables and lots of water and do exercise regularly, you will definitely loose weight. It will take time but it is healthy.

I gaine alot of weight after I had my first baby.I gained an extra 30 kg and it really blew my confidence into bits. But then instead of relying solely on pills and exercise I prefered some home remedies my mom and grand mother suggested. They are experts in home remedies and teh ebst thing about these remedies is that they are reliable,effective and have no side effects like pills do.
One amazing way to reduce body fat which I tried myself and worked is to soak 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds in half a glass of water over night and drink the water (sieve the seeds) in the morning with an empty stomach.
