I visited a doctor 3 yrs back for teeth whitening. It was good. But few weeks back, I found dark spots in the few of my teeth again. This might be due the nicotine. I smoke a lot. Is there any home remedy. I have no plans to quit smoking now and want to enjoy my smile with my white teeth... :-)

Teeth whitening is became so normal in past few years and many people (including me) have white teethes thanks to development of medicine.That is not dangerous and I recommend this procedure to everyone.
