Get rid of Baldness.

Posted: Monday, October 11, 2010 7:37:15 AM

Hair grows about half an inch a month, or six inches a year. With an average of 100,000 hairs on the head, and an average of 100 strands lost per day, it is a good idea to brush hair gently before bed, before washing, and gently comb after washing to decease breakage and hair loss.
Hair grows a bit faster in warmer, humid climates. Humidity does stretch the hair, but warm weather also increases oil production in the scalp. When hair follicles produce sufficient natural oils, healthy hair growth occurs. It is due to a dry scalp that brittle, slow-growing hair results.

Is losing 100 hair strands everyday lead to baldness? Is the hair replaced soon?

Thats a good point - unless your old and your hair doesn't grow back as fast.
