Do Not Buy Herbal Products From Micronutra

Posted: Friday, July 11, 2008 2:29:39 PM
The MicroNutra Health / NaturalShare Affiliate Program currently owes me since February 2008 $185 in affiliate comissions, and I believe that MicroNutra Health™ has been merged both assets and operation with IonX Holdings. No-one from their 1-800 number will return my calls or respond to my emails, and all of their data has been removed from their servers.

I understand from reading lots of posts on the internet, that Micronutra Health is out of business, and that they currently owe hundreds of customers and affiliates of MicroNutra Health money for products that were never shipped and NaturalShare Affiliate program commissions. Thus, I'm not the only person that got screwed and others should be made aware of this! MicroNutra Health was very unreliable.

I suggest that if you are out to protect the public and others thinking about buying herbal products that you email them this letter and search the internet for their practices. You will see that Micronutra Health has a practice of screwing their customers and those who promoted their products.

In fact, By doing some searches on the internet, I found that MicroNutra is under Indictment for Fraudulently Marketing Dietary Supplements.

Persons named in the Indictment are; Charles C. Thao, 40, and his wife, Mai Lor, 23, both of Springfield, along with two businesses that they own and operate in Springfield, Nutrapha Research, LLC, and Bio Nutrasource, LLC, and Shua G. Vang, 40, also of Springfield, and Tony T. Pham, 40, and his business, Techmedica Health, Inc., and Tong B. Vang, 42, all of Grand Rapids, Mich., were charged in a 40-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Springfield on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008. Here's a link with the details: http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/mow/news2008/thao.ind.htm

Brand names include Diamaxol, Activive, Candidol, Cholestasys, HairMax, Lupazol, Menopol and Provigro.

Their present website is http://www.micronutra.com
