HI My Name is Debbie, and have always had terrible stomach problems most of my adult life. I was in the hospital recently with severe "diverticulitis" and nearly had to have most of large intestines removed. I was lucky!!! But, after my hospital stay my daughter and I have changed my way of life as far as my eating habits and have gotten on a more natural way of life with our eating habits...we looked at many colon cleansers on the internet and with the website Colon Cure had with ABC, New York Times etc etc as shown on them, we thought "ok they must be good" I went to their website and odered the FREE TRIAL and oh lordy that was my mistake....it made me very ill the first three capsules and I thought wow this is not for me...and I didn't want to take a chance and take more. I called my doctor and he said "stop" it immediately...so needless to say I TRIED to get it canceled. The person that I spoke with ( Jacob Marcado) and gave me a colonSMART web site and number to call. I spoke with a woman there after holding for 45 minutes and she said that I was not on there oder list and that COLON CURE has done this before when people try to cancel...they give them the wrong information ( has anyone else went through this?) The gal at colon smart told me where to call and I did...I even tried to e-mail the cancel info and it would not go through. Trying to do all this I was billed $89 and was told on the phone by this gentlemen that it would only be $48.98 per month...I was astounded when my credit card statement came and I was billed nearly $90. But, after I finally got Colon Cures number from the back of the bottle which I had tried before and was hold for over an hour...the gal told to just keep calling it and holding...I did and when I finally got through to these people to cancel they had already sent out another bottle...I told them in no uncertain terms it will be billed to my credit card....I said I was told $48 and was billed $89 and she said well we cannot give rebates, or credit the credit card and she said that they would send another bottle of colon cure...I said I do not want it and honest as the day is long, she said well then you will have to throw it away or give it away...I swear to you all. So now I am stuck with two bottles of something that I cannot use, and one was suppose to be free and the other half the price I was billed....I called my credit card company and put a block on them. I am also going to call the Attorney General of Minnesota and have them look into them...sooo PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF COLON CURE.... Thank you Debbie
