Posted: Thursday, October 18, 2007 7:53:58 AM I just completed the Arise & Shine 7 Day cleanse. I give blood every 2 months and my Cholesterol is usually around 240-250...I just gave blood and my number is now 175...Now that's a cleanse....

I've done this too. It's very powerful and also was very difficult for me to do.
