I have been on the phone for several hours today regarding Colon Cure. Their corporate address is in Florida: Colon Cure, 4650 SW 51st Street, Suite 711, Davie, Florida 33314. I have spoken with four Colon Cure customer service representatives, having waited at least 30 minutes each time to speak to a customer service representative. I did everything they instructed me to do to cancel my account and receive a refund for the product returned yet they insist that I call them AGAIN next Nonday to give them the SAME information that I gave them today, or they will not process my refund. I have spoken to VISA, a company that refuses to stop payment to Colon Cure. This is hardly a surprise, of course, since Colon Cure pays Visa for allowing customers to charge on their website. Visa gets money from Colon Cure and gives Colon Cure their chardholder's money, no matter what the cardholder tells them. I suggest that those of you who have has the same experience as I, go to the State of Florida website, follow the links to the State Attorney General, and file a complaint against Colon Cure. Perhaps, if Florida receives enough complaints, they will shut them down or fine them or arrest their corporate officers.
