My daughter (age 8) suffers from stinky hair too. I just discovered that the smell is actually a fungus on the hair follicle. No matter how much/often she washed it, it still stunk and looked greasy. A friend of mine suggested washing her hair with Neutragena
T-SAL. After one wash, her hair actually looked clean, fluffy and the smell was partially gone. She told me to use it about 2-3 times per week. Even my daughter noticed the difference in her hair after only 1 wash. Give it a try!

i don't have the answer to this question but have you tried a fruity shampoo like herbal Essenes or try washing your hair in luke warm water your scalp might just be sweating with the heat.

First, you have to sort out what causes your son hair to be smelly? Is it his scalp or the hair itself? Majority says, it is caused by a fungus. Try anti-microbial shampoo or a clarifying shampoo. This certainly could help.

there are many kinds of fungus that can be formed on our scalp. one of which i know is psoriasis on scalp which causes hair to be stinky.
