Hiiii
I want to lose 7-8 kgs in the coming 3 months. .. I am doing workouts, walking and exercises daily, but not getting the kind of result as I want. Can anyone please guide me?

Hi Kaily, there are a lot of things you can do but it's kind of hard to give you details with the limited information you posted.
First thing I always recommend to people is cut out the sweets. If you have a handle on that make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day and make them healthy. If you feel like you aren't getting much return from your exercises then turn it up a notch and push yourself harder.

Workouts and exercises really mean big on making one's body fit and healthy. You should enroll into a health club gym and acquire a specific fitness program that will help you trim down weight.

If you want to weight loss in 3 months Simple changes to your diet and lifestyle will have dramatic and positive effects on your health.
1. Do some exercise regularly, start off with just three or four half hour walks per week. Build up your exercise to half an hour every day, plus add some stretching, deep breathing, resistance training (light weights for 10 minutes three times a week), and some stamina training to get your heart rate up (20 minutes, three times a week).
2. Get some good quality sleep every night (7-8 hours), and try to go to bed and get up around the same time every day, even on weekends.
3. Get yourself a hobby besides eating. Eat only when you're hungry instead!
4. Avoid saturated fats, trans fats and white bread, white rice and white pasta.
5. Eat food that is as close to its natural state as possible; lean meats, fruits, vegetables, wholegrain breads, cereals, pasta and brown rice.
6. Drink eight glasses of water a day.
7. Take a quality multivitamin.

You have already done the first step
congrats. Try to find an exercise that you would like practicing 3 times a week, like swimming, and workout everyday for 30 minutes. My uncle lost weight just by biking 30 min/day. Also watch out for you food, if you don't have a strong will and will give up on dieting after just a few days, you'll put back more than you lost. It's better to just eat less, but eat what you like - try juices instead of sweets and sodas, fruit and lots of veggies. Good luck!
